A special first Mother's Day!

Three generations!
To all the mommies out there, hope you had a great Mother's Day! I had a wonderful Mother's Day weekend, starting on Friday night when Ben and I took Bailey with us to Hot Potz and I got to paint my own pottery and put Bailey's hand print on a spoon rest I painted...hope it turns out well! Then Sat evening we took my mom to dinner at PIVs and had a nice relaxing evening sitting out back and sipping some Boordy Vineyard wine..mmmm! Sunday, we spent the afternoon at my Aunt Lou's (Bailey's "Aunt Grammy") and then my parents' house. The weather was so nice so it was great to just hang out outside and push Bailey in the swing Grandpa just hung up for her. It was such a nice weekend and we got to celebrate our friend Mark's birthday at his house on Sat and the boys played a little baseball. (Happy B-day Mark!)
On a side note, Bailey had her bone marrow biopsy/aspiration this morning down the Hopkins Outpatient Center. It went well and we are home now and she is sleeping upstairs...I guess some residual effects of the anesthesia. Never a dull moment, ha ha. Thanks for all the prayers leading up to the procedure!

Somebody's teething and decided to gnaw on the table!

Mmmm, crackers!

Wheee-good thing that good Dad is an athlete and didn't drop the bean!

We love springtime! No shoes like her mommy!

Rosy cheeks after her last transfusion!

Crazy hair---with a little help from the rain and Mommy!
